Eurydice
Orfeus in the Underworld
Toronto City Opera
Teresa Tucci makes her debut with Toronto City Opera as Eurydice in Orpheus in the Underworld. Offenbach’s sparkling operetta turns classical mythology upside down in a witty and irreverent comedy, following Orpheus and Eurydice as they become unwilling players in a chaotic divine drama. Presented in partnership with the North York Concert Orchestra, the production brings Offenbach’s beloved score vividly to life.
